¿Cómo publicar mi clasificado?

Primero tienes que registrarte y llenar todos los campos obligatorios, es importante recordarte que tienes derecho a publicar clasificados ilimitados que expiran en un periodo de 60 días. Recuerda, si el clasificado anuncia lo mismo pero con diferente redacción dicho mensaje se tomara como SPAM y será borrado por nuestro equipo de control de calidad.

¿Cómo tendré éxito para colocar mi producto?

Es importante señalar, que tienes que redactar tu clasificado de una manera clara, NO USAR MAYÚSCULAS, en el título ni en el contenido del mismo, ya que es agresivo a la vista y seguro no te visitaran, usar mayúsculas es equivalente a gritar.

Sugerencia de composición del Clasificado:

Título: descripción puntal: usar mayúsculas y minúsculas, dar saltos de línea para que no queden apelmazados los textos, de preferencia terminar el clasificado con un lugar para informes, si tienes sitio Web, ingresalo en el campo correspondiente, para darle una mejor idea a nuestro potencial comprador.

Categoría: Elegir la mejor categoría que se ajuste a lo que publicas, en caso de que las categoría incluidas en nuestro portal no concuerdan con lo deseas incluir, puedes usar miscelánea.

¿Por qué han borrado mi clasificado?

Dentro de las razones principales son las siguientes:

• Publicaste más de dos clasificados con el mismo contenido, mismo producto, con diferente redacción, título, etc. Y se considera SPAM

• Las imágenes que incluiste en el mismo tienen contenido sexual explicito, apoyan campañas políticas, contenían palabras agresivas, fomentan la xenofobia, prácticas desleales.

• Tu clasificado anuncia servicios de nuestro mismo corte

• Es SPAM

• Tiene contenido fraudulento o propicia la extorsión

• La liga al sitio de Internet es de procedencia dudosa (Hacker, fraudes, recopila información de los usuarios, baja ejecutables, etc.)

En caso de que tu clasificado no se encuentre dentro de las anteriores especificaciones, favor de contactarte con nosotros.

¿Cuántas imágenes puedo publicar?

Hasta una por clasificado, pero es importante que estén en formato .jpg, .jpeg, .png y .gif y que no pesen más de 1 MB.

Answer: Here cou can Edit Account Info,Place Free Ad, View Your Ads, Contact Admin or Cancel Account. In your View Your Ads section you can edit your ad and change your ad picture and see the status of your ad. In the Edit Account Info you can Update Account Info and Update Password. In the Contact Admin section you can contact the administrator regarding any issue you are having. Finally in the Cancel Account section you can terminate your account.

How many ads can I place

Answer: You can place an unlimited amount of ads as long the are not duplicated. Please try to pick the best category corresponding to your classifieds ad.

I registered but I didn't receive my login details

Answer: If you didn't receive your registration email when you registered it means that either you provided an invalid email address during the registration process, or you have some kind of spam filter in place that's incorrectly marking the registration email as spam and either deleting it or moving it to a "junk mail" type folder. If not, you'll need to contact us giving your email along with other details that you provided during registration so we can lookup your account and change your email for you. If your email address is found but you still don't receive the registration email, you should adjust your spam/junk mail settings being sure to whiltelist all email from the "Cogelogratis.com" domain if you have the facility to do so to ensure that email reaches you without getting incorrectly caught by your spam filter.

I tried to register and it said my email was already in use

Answer: If you tried to register but saw a message saying the email address you entered is already in use, it means that you're already a member of Cogelogratis.com and there's no need to register again. If you can't remember your login details, you can have them re-sent at any time by using the Contact Admin or sending email to customerservice@cogelogratis.com.

I've registered, what do I do now to place an ad?

Answer: Congratulations, you're a member of Cogelogratis.com! Now all you need to do is start advertising which couldn't be easier. If you click the "Sign in" or "Poner un ClasificadoOnline" link, you will enter your Member Admin Panel. After entering your username and password, you're guided step by step along the way to place your ad and the whole process couldn't be easier. At the end of the ad placing process, you'll be transferred into your account management area where you can upload photo's, tweak and edit your ad, upgrade it to a feature ad and more. You can also place an ad directly from your account management are by clicking the yellow "Place Free ad" Link.

My login details don't work

Answer: If you try and login to your account and you recieve a message saying "Login failed", it means that you've entered the wrong username or password. When you register to use Cogelogratis.com, your enter a password and email so you have to enter the username and password exactly as you supplied when registering. If you enter your login details as they were supplied by you, you'll have no problems at all. It's also possible that you logged in to your account and changed your password after initially registering, in which case you need to enter the password that you changed specified when you changed it. If you can't remember your login details or would like to have them re-sent, you can use the Contact admin.
